Both lovable and frustrating
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful making the experience pleasant. The room was spacious enough, and the location, although not central, had great public transport options.
Unfortunately, noise from the street made it hard to sleep soundly. Additionally, the WiFi was slow, affecting my ability to stay connected during my stay.

I really enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet with a good variety and nice service. The help from reception was outstanding, they were super polite and quick to tackle any questions. It was nice to chill out in the cozy leisure room after a day of exploring. The only downside was the parking situation, but overall it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Comfortable beds, but watch out for noise!
I stayed for 6 nights in a single room and it was comfy enough. The beds were great after our long walks in Vienna! We enjoyed the packed lunches from the bar area. The main thing was the noise, we could hear everyone in the hallway, which kinda ruined the peace at night.
